Siren by Nathan Outlaw

Britain’s finest Michelin-starred seafood chef, Nathan Outlaw, has brought Cornwall to London with this restaurant at The Goring hotel in Belgravia.

Following from the end of a six year partnership with the Capital Hotel in Knightsbridge, Outlaw has opened a stand-alone seafood brasserie, which sets out to complement the existing Michelin-starred restaurant at The Goring - London's last remaining family-owned luxury hotel.

Championing the Cornish day boat fishermen whose catch shapes all of Outlaw’s menus, the menu features the freshest, highest quality, sustainable seafood and seasonal produce with dishes synonymous with his two-Michelin starred Cornish restaurant - alongside new dishes.

Overlooking The Goring Garden, the restaurant sits in an ornate orangery, ensuring that the outdoor and indoor spaces are intrinsically linked throughout the seasons - with the architecture and design overseen by Russell Sage.
