Brimstone Restaurant Group, the hospitality group that is bringing us this new concept, has created a menu with favorites such as the cedar plank salmon and meaty BBQ beef ribs, as well as new “Beach Bites” including the lighthouse ceviche made with scallops, shrimp, lobster, coconut milk, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno, and crispy plantains, and Beach House clams prepared with garlic, shallots, andouille sausage, white wine, fresh herbs, and grilled French bread.
