Marea Dubai

A Dubai outpost of NYC's Marea, meaning tide in Italian, features Chef Michael White's Michelin-starred ode to coastal Italian seafood.

Expect the menu to read like a study of the sea and featuring fish sourced from both the Mediterranean and waters worldwide, staying true to Southern Italian coastal flavors. From his trademark handmade pastas to his fresh crudo and whole fish selections, Chef White has been committed to reinventing the notion of seafood in New York and now in Dubai. The original restaurant, located in one of Manhattans most storied addresses received two stars in the Michelin guide. The Dubai venture follows a similar menu with a focus on fresh, seasonal seafood.
