Chiringuito

A contemporary all-day Chiringuito styled rooftop bar over-looking the Museum Gardens in Bethnal Green.

Peruvian Head Chef, Marco Padilla has created a menu inspired by fresh Hispanic and Latin American flavours and embracing the sharing ethos of tapas and pinchos. Served alongside an array of Spainish gins, Cavas, Spanish wines and craft beers. 

The design, of the former derelicy public lavatory, takes its cues from Spanish influences; think azure mosaic tiles throughout, a peseta-topped bar and a hand-painted mural with floor to ceiling windows opening out onto the patio adjoining the park. Upstairs is their rooftop with views across the church and park. Open from 7am – 10pm.

Manchego with honey & figs; grilled swordfish taco with elderberry jam; roast pork belly in Pisco and beer sauce with red peruvian chillies and roast tomato pizza with, spinach, chorizo and garlic mushrooms.

Chininjito – El dorado mojito, damson jam, Cava;the Museum Gardens wit bBasil-infused vodka, St Germain elderflower liquer, fresh lime, sugar and grapefruit bitters and the  Samba with Abelha Cachaca, Fresh Lime, Pineapple and Coconut Horchat.
