Novikov Miami

The first US outpost of the Japanese-Chinese fusion eatery, with locations in London, Moscow, and Dubai.

Novikov, known for its stellar take on Pan-Asian cuisine, has debuted in Miami as the restaurant's first outpost in the States. Famed Russian restauranteur Arkadiy Novikov already made a name for himself in Russia and the UK, and now Miami.

Novikov is known for its colorful seafood and vegetable market display, whereby diners are encouraged to handpick the best and freshest items from a globally-sourced, daily selection of seasonal ingredients. The Asian menu encompasses robata grill and wok dishes, along with an extensive dim sum and sushi selection.

Novikov Restaurant and Bar is the first Miami project for internationally renowned hospitality designer Adam D. Tihany. Design features include wave-like ribs of the ceiling with textured wood walls enveloping the space. A sushi bar and private chef’s table comprise the more intimate dining spaces along with terrace dining options.
