It's here! The stunning Thomas Keller restaurant inside The Surf Club has opened.
Keller's partner in the kitchen is Manuel Echeverri, who previously worked at The Bazaar and at one of our favorite Italian spots, Toscana Divino.
The menu consists of snacks, appetizers, seafood, pasta, and main plates. Appetizers include oysters Rockefeller, roasted bone marrow and crab cakes. Main dishes are a throwback to traditional dishes that are oldies but always goodies like lobster thermidor and beef Wellington.
