Elsa

The only all-organic Michelin-starred restaurant in the world, serving up contemporary seasonal cuisine.

Elsa, is the only all-organic restaurant in the world to win a Michelin star. Not only are the chef Manon Fleury's ingredients sustainably grown, they’re also sourced from farms within 60 miles of the petite principality hailing from the hills of Provence and bays of Italy and from his own vegetable garden in a former 16th-century monastery in the hills above this seaside restaurant. The menu puts the spotlight on this local produce through a seasonal approach and dishing up high quality contemporary cuisine inspired by the Riviera’s culinary history.

Named after American columnist and socialite, Elsa Maxwell, who launched the Monte Carlo Beach Hotel in 1929 - the sunny room and terrace has an Art Deco-meets-Riviera ambience with priceless view across the Mediterranean.
