Open for lunch and dinner this foodie favourite (now with outposts around the world) was created by Riccardo Giraurdi (a European meat importer) and his love for all things beef. The iconic Beefbar is perhaps the world's most fashionably delicious steakhouse, expect a minimalist but equally grand space with slatted dark-wood paneling and a mix of rounded club chairs and more modern black leather seating that mixes elements of Christian Liagre and Patrick Jouin. Tumbled marble accents extend into the more playful lounge bar and series of semi-private dining rooms privy to the most elite dining crowd in Monte-Carlo. Begin dinner with dishes from the Raw Bar, such as lobster, bay shrimp and whole crab, with steak being the star of the show for mains (of course) - try the Australian Japanese-style Kobe. A great spot for people watching.
Meat minded, carnivores
