La Vigie Lounge and Restaurant is a small piece of heaven between sea and sky offering one of the Riviera’s finest sea vistas. On a charming, private peninsula, accessible only on foot or by boat - tuck into Michelin-starred chef Paolo Sari’s organic dishes while looking out over the glistening waters of the Côte d’Azur, with the endearing sounds of the live jazz trio or the DJ in the background - depending on the time of day. Menu wise - seafood takes pride of place, with an array of freshly caught fish, live shellfish and crustaceans along with sharing plates - served in a Bali-inspired space. Open from 2 June to 16 September, from midday to midnight.
