Originally Monaco’s only oyster farm “The Pearls of Monte Carlo” is one of the Monaco's best kept secrets. The harborside setting is an idyllic sport to sample fresh, local shellfish - served casually on one of the few outdoor wooden tables overlooking the water. Located at the end of the pier of Port de Fontvieille (with views of the Catherdral and Oceanography Museum - suspended on the Rock above) - this fish shack serves up affordable yet sensational seafood. Open Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 5pm.
