For over 70 years the restaurant has been the perfect place to wine and dine in Monaco. This Monegasque institution recently re-opened following an extensive refurbishment (and a change of ownership), with Executive Chef Antonio Salvatore now helming the stoves - previously at Michelin-starred El Chaflán in Spain, and Semifreddo-Mulinazzo in Moscow.
The stunning interiors are a contemporary nod to the glamour of La Belle Époque - think decorated ceilings, crystal chandeliers and plenty of marble. Dining-wise - expect stylish, contemporary revamping of classic Mediterranean dishes with an emphasis on the very best regional produce.

Ask for a table on Rampoldi’s street-side terrace, facing the casino gardens, an elegant outdoor dining space - open all year round.
Venture downstairs and discover Rapoldi’s best kept secrets - two ‘after hours’ lounges - a cigar lounge (a refuge for members of Rampoldi’s exclusive ‘Cigar Club) and music lounge for intimate karaoke sessions.
“Le Rampoldi” beef steak tartare with Royal Premium caviar and apple sorbet; scallops with cauliflower puree, black truffle, porcini mushroom sauce & vanilla and beef cheeks braised in red wine, with carrot and mashed potato.
