Kyms

A modern casual Chinese restaurant from Michelin-starred Chef Andrew Wong.

Focusing on the ancient craft of Chinese roasting and nostalgic flavours, the menu at Kym's (located in the City's Bloomberg Arcade) pays homage to the many gastronomic regions of China, and also to the creativity and craftsmanship of London’s Chinatown. Expect a selection of dishes based around Andrew’s interpretation of classic Chinese dishes.

The restaurant seats 120 guests over two floors. A bespoke, cherry blossom tree links the staircase linking the bar and restaurant (decked out in dark wood, terrazzo flooring and a pretty colour palatte) with the upper mezzanine level. Kym’s had actually been the name of Andrew’s parents’ restaurant in Victoria in 1985, where the family worked for 27 years and Andrew spent his childhood. Open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and on Sundays for their Chinese Sunday Roast Menu.
