The menu blends Italian tastes and seasonal ingredients in a ‘chic, convivial and relaxed setting’ on one of the most beautiful terraces of St Tropez. Replacing Alain Ducasse’s Le Rivea but still overseen by Ducasse and now with Executive Chef Rocco Seminara (previously at Le Martinez in Cannes and Hotel de Paris in Monaco), the new outlet replicates a traditional Italian trattoria, and serving simple home cooked dishes. Expect a proper pizza oven manned by a professional pizzaïolo, on the alfresco terrace, pasta al dente, cold cuts, antipasti to share, and a host of Italian classics served in a simple but delicious way. Open from mid-April to mid-October.
