Caviar Month Celebration Aboard Hudson's

Hudson’s celebrates the fall season with a series of caviar-focused Sunday dinners prepared by three culinary icons.

The NYC-based dinner-cruise ship will host a series of Sunday suppers featuring the Brazilian superstar, Alex Atala, James Beard Award winner Zakary Pelaccio, and local prodigy Flynn McGarry. Caviar will come from California-based Sterling Caviar.

The guest chef dinners will take place on October 14th with Flynn McGarry; on October 21st featuring Alex Atala and on October 28th with Zakary Pelaccio.

McGarry is the 19-year old chef who recently opened his first restaurant Gem in New York City’s Lower East Side. The modern American restaurant is a culmination of his supper club, EUREKA, which he started at just 12-years-old.

Meanwhile, the chef of Michelin two-starred São Paulo restaurant D.O.M., Atala has been celebrated worldwide for embodying a contemporary expression of authentic Brazilian ingredients and cuisine.

Finally, Zakary Pelaccio is the James Beard Award-winning chef of Fish & Game and Backbar in Hudson, New York, who is known for guiding Southeast Asian cuisine into the mainstream and pioneering New York’s nose-to-tail and gastro-pubs movements.

Tickets for the five-course dinners start at $169 and seating is limited so make sure U book Ur place soon.
