The Parrot

A tropical-themed cocktail bar in collaboration with actor, DJ and producer Idris Elba.

The 60-seater intimate cocktail den, live music venue and 'tropical hideaway' can be found at the Waldorf Hilton in Covent Garden - helmed by Elba and twin brothers Lee and Nicky Caulfield. The bar’s exotic namesake is alluded to in the interiors, from walls lined with bespoke, hand-painted palm wallpaper to lush foliage and an abundance of greenery.

In addition to its 'hidden cocktail menu', order small 'vibrant' plates cooked up by The Waldorf’s resident Executive Chef Karl Richardson and served on repurposed seashells. Expect regular music nights and secret shows from the stars of stage and screen, as well as a series of mysterious ‘A-List surprises’ including a chauffeur-driven car if you want to arrive and depart in true luxury.
