Bancone

Described as "casually orgasmic, deeply affordable”, serves a modern interpretation of Italian cuisine by chef Louis Korovilas - formerly of the Michelin-starred Pied à Terre and Locanda Locatelli.

Located at William IV Street in Covent Garden, the menu focuses on fresh pasta (made daily) alongside seasonal small plates of traditional dishes and more contemporary artisanal creations - taking inspiration from many of the 21 regions of Italy. Expect “bright, fresh, and modern” dining rooms - with living walls and glass cabinets for drying pasta and a bar serving aperiviti and cicchetti and a selection of Italian wines championing lesser known vineyards and growers.
