Brasserie of Light

A venture from Caprice Holdings features London’s largest scale artwork by Damien Hirst and offering all day dining in a chic, Art-Deco brasserie set within Selfridges.

A destination restaurant and bar offering all day dining in a chic, Art Deco space set within Selfridges department store. The brasserie and bar will serve an eclectic mix of classic British and internationally-inspired dishes throughout the day - headed up by Portugese chef Emanuel Machado - previously at Balthazar in Covent Garden.

Design wise, think of a traditional brasserie re-imagined - by renowned architect Martin Brudnizki. Expect a light-filled room housing an impressive central bar, restaurant and private dining room. However, the show-stopping centrepiece is Pegasus, a piece of artwork by Damien Hirst - a 24ft crystal encrusted statue has a 30 ft wingspan soaring over diners.
