Kitchen Table

A contemporary 'inside-out' restaurant in Tulum’s Maya Jungle serving up a menu driven by seasonality and fresh produce.

Built using only reused and natural materials native from the region and designed to have minimal ecological impact - the restaurant - one large palapa shielding a smattering of wooden tables - has been totally integrated with the forest surroundings. Located on the jungle side of the Tulum on Boca Paila beach road at the Tulum National Park. The open kitchen sends out a concise Mexican-inspired menu of minimalist wood-fired cookery using local fresh produce such as huitlacoche quesadilla, shredded mussel and Longaniza wontons and charred octopus.
