U: To Do New York City

Here are the top three things to do in NYC this week...

Hudson Yard is open
Check out the largest mixed-use private real estate development in U.S. history, a mix of residential, retail, and office space as well as NYC's newest iconic sculpture, The Vessel. Plus there are tons of new restaurants from celebrated chefs like Jose Andres, Thomas Keller and David Chang.

Macy’s Flower Show
The best way to welcome spring is with a magnificent themed floral extravaganza that takes place at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City. This year the theme is Journey to Paradisios, Operation: Inspiration, an otherworldly realm of glorious blossoms, lush plant life and amazing flora where visitors experience what could exist in the great beyond.

Crown Shy
A new restaurant and bar from fine dining duo James Kent and Jeff Katz in a landmark Art Deco tower in the Financial District. Kent was the chef de cuisine at Eleven Madison Park as well as the executive chef at the NoMad, while Katz is the former manager of Del Posto. The menu is eclectic and creative.
