Two Michelin renowned French chef, Mathieu Viannay, has opened his first restaurant in Dubai at The Pointe – Palm Jumeirah.
Chef Mathieu Viannay is one of the culinary leaders responsible for building and upholding the gastronomic reputation of Lyon. He opened ‘Mathieu Viannay’ in the city in 2001, which earned its first Michelin-star in 2005 and the second in 2009 and is a winner of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France award. Expect refined, expertly crafted classic French classics with innovative twists such as sea bass with mousseline sauce and classic Bresse duck with black truffles accompanied by an impressive wine list.
