Eggslut opened its flagship location (as a food truck) in 2013, inside the Grand Central Market in Los Angeles, to both customer and critical acclaim. In 2014, Eggslut was named one of the top ten new US restaurants by Bon Appétit and now has six locations in the United States and an outpost in Beirut.

Fairfax - soft scrambled eggs and chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche bun and the Slut - coddled egg on top of a smooth potato purée, poached in a glass jar, topped with gray salt and chives, served with slices of baguette.
