LA's ‘chef driven, gourmet food concept’ celebrating the humble egg has cracked the London market.
The ovo-centric menu takes classic comfort food and gives it a modern twist, including sandwiches on house-made brioche buns, burgers and salads. With a menu inspired by a passion for eggs meaning eggs is no longer just a breakfast staple.
Eggslut opened its flagship location (as a food truck) in 2013, inside the Grand Central Market in Los Angeles, to both customer and critical acclaim. In 2014, Eggslut was named one of the top ten new US restaurants by Bon Appétit and now has six locations in the United States and an outpost in Beirut.
