This wood-fire-centric, chef-driven American restaurant is located directly below Kaido - his Asian inspired cocktail lounge - and revolves around wood-fired food - enabling Kilgore to show off his love of all things barbecue and wood-cooked food - he's a Kansas City native afterall. Kilgore's CV has some serious fine dining pedigree, including stints at Chicago's L2O, Alinea, Boka and Jean-Georges Vongerichten's J&G Grill and is behind highly acclaimed restaurants in Miami - Alter and Brava.
