The concept is based around a "cool, eclectic couple" who "are living their best lives." The all-day restaurant features eclectic American cooking by chef Daniel Roy (formerly at the Matador Room), with comfort food dishes such as cacio e pepe topped with shaved truffle and lemon zest; papas bravas with a shishito and romesco dip; and crisp-skinned, 48-hour-brined chicken. Wash it all down with cocktails made tableside in a buzzy room decked out with exposed brickwork, hanging pendant lights, potted plants and tiled floors.
