The concept is based around a "cool, eclectic couple" who "are living their best lives." The all-day restaurant features eclectic American cooking by chef Daniel Roy (formerly at the Matador Room), with comfort food dishes such as cacio e pepe topped with shaved truffle and lemon zest; papas bravas with a shishito and romesco dip; and crisp-skinned, 48-hour-brined chicken. Wash it all down with cocktails made tableside in a buzzy room decked out with exposed brickwork, hanging pendant lights, potted plants and tiled floors.
On the other side of the property, Driftway serves up inventive frozen drinks and lights snacks (chicken tacos & wagyu beef sandwich) in a poolside setting.
