The restaurant's coal-fired Josper grill cooks up various Cuban grill specialties - inspired from Cuba's countryside eateries and served family-style.

Paying homage to the island nation's culture and Cabrera's heritage, Marabú boasts a central bar serving Havana-inspired cocktails, as well as an outdoor pergola, drawing inspiration from cities such as Camagüey and Oriente.
