Helmed by Cuban-American chef Alberto Cabrera - previously behind Cuban gastropub Bread + Butter in Coral Gables and Little Havana’s Little Bread. The restaurants Josper grill will serve various grill Cuban specialties - inspired from Cuba's countryside eateries. Expect delectable Cuban sandwiches, fried Cuban empanadas alongside large-format meat and vegetable dishes.
