The Snug at The Berkeley Bar & Terrace

The intimate cocktail bar and terrace at The Berkeley Hotel features elegant interiors by Irish designer Bryan O’Sullivan, and features panelling from a 300-year-old walnut tree, enhanced with carved plasterwork and a colour palette of soft corals, creams and pinks. Check out the pink-hued snug, designed for parties, which features a mural painted by the artist TM Davy, its own sound system, call-for-service button and your own bespoke bar. The cocktail list features classic and modern drinks (such as the Sazerac and the Corpse Reviver) alongside a small menu - think Cornish crab and lobster beignets and camembert chicken tulips. The Coral Room

Set in the heart of Bloomsbury, the grand salon bar reflects an exquisite country house transported to the city, with a secluded cigar terrace and stylish inimitable cocktail list. The vibrant bar has been inspired by a ‘country-meets-city’ concept, evokes the collaborative Martin Brudnizki interior design who also worked on London hotspots like Sexy Fish and The Ivy. Housed within The Bloomsbury hotel – a Sir Edwin Lutyens, Grade-II listed building on Great Russell Street in London – the distinctive coral coloured walls, beautiful bespoke Murano glass chandeliers and stunning fused glass and marble topped bar mirrors the buildings iconic heritage with artwork by acclaimed British illustrator Luke Edward Hall.   

The Wallace Restaurant

The charming yet classical restaurant - a perfect anytime oasis - is located within the beautiful Wallace collection gallery on Manchester Square, considered to be one of the best collections of fine arts including paintings, porcelain and furnishings. The pink-walled atrium flooded by natural light from the glass ceiling offers a space that combines al fresco dining in a delightful setting, dotted with imposing trees and sculptures and flooded with natural light. The all day menu is filled with classic European dishes made with British produce, with plates to try including the likes of filet of veal with beetroot gravlax and thyme sabayon, as well as root vegetable tartar with sea lettuce croquettes.

Franks

A bar located on top of a multi-storey parking garage in Peckham which has been the neighborhood's mainstay for summertime drinking. Part of the Bold Tendencies sculpture project, the bar and shared picnic tables offers views out to St Paul’s, in addition to a vantage point from which to look onto the Peckham streets below. The whole place is dotted with artwork that’s built into the fabric of the building itself, from Richard Wentworth’s silvery aluminium paint trails snaking across the rooftop, to the famous millennial pink-hued staircase painted by Simon Whybray. Head here for Mediterranean-influenced small plates and plenty of negronis. 

The Rooftop at One Hundred Shoreditch

The setting - atop The One Hundred Shoreditch hotel in the building that formerly housed Ace Hotel's London outpost - takes inspiration from Palm Springs with a Californian aesthetic and the rooftop’s beautiful pink décor - think sleek marble and terrazzo, lush succulents and cacti and panoramic views across East London. The backdrop of Latin dance music sets the vibe, accompanied by flowing margaritas, classic martinis and a menu of modern Californian dishes with retro Americano favourites including tasty tacos, devilled eggs and a soft shell crab burger. 

EL&N

Founder Alexandra Miller opened EL&N, a whimsical fashion-led food and drink destination with a focus on delicacies in 2017 and one of the most photographed cafes in the world. Decked out with floral installations and powder pink furnishings, EL&N London's locations are among the most rammed spots in the capital - and among the most Instagrammable locations. Check out the velvet latte with red espresso, or the Black Magic latte, made with activated charcoal and sprinkled with glitter. Sweet treats on offer include a chocolate and raspberry brownie, and a vegan pumpkin and coconut cake.
