The tropically overgrown rooftop - complete with tropical foliage and vintage twinkle lights - overlooks the Miami skyline with a menu inspired by street foods found in the Caribbean and inventive, tropical cocktails with ingredients pulled from the property. Executive chef Harry Capacetti (also oversees the kitchen at the excellent Mama Joon) serves up veg-centric shareable dishes such green plantain fritters and make-your-own barbacoa tacos.
