Known for his exceptional cuisine that marries daring flavours with out-of-the ordinary culinary techniques Handling also oversees his own restaurants - The Frog E1 and his flagship restaurant, Frog by Adam Handling, in Covent Garden. 

With this Chelsea venture, Handling has entrusted the kitchens to Michelin-starred chef Adam Simmonds, former executive chef of Danesfield House in Marlow-On-Thames. Expect traditional British cuisine with a modern twist, focusing on British produce and featuring some of Handling’s favourite dishes from his acclaimed Frog restaurants.
