Casa Malca’s main restaurant is a laid-back affair serving traditional Mexican classics with a contemporary European twist: tacos, huevos divorciados and fresh pescado are on the menu, but so are pizzas and a beetroot risotto. Locally influenced, ingredients come from around the Yucatán and lean towards the health-conscious with a philosophy of sustainability and creativity. The stylish dining room is fitted out with natural wood, large windows for maximum exposure to the sun and eclectic artworks dotted around.
