The latest venture, where Stephen Smith (formerly of Bohemia, the Michelin-starred restaurant at The Club Hotel & Spar in Jersey) will take the role as head chef, serves classics such as Wheeler's fish pie alongside a collection of Pierre White's favourite dishes, such as grilled Dover sole a la salamander and quail eggs maintenon. The site also features a seperate Champagne and oyster bar.
It is a "revitalisation" of the Wheeler's brand, famed for being the oldest fish brand in the world. It followed the celebrity chef's decision last year to sell his flagship Wheeler's of St James's restaurant, which is now set to become the new home for Chutney Mary.
