Ensuring as little impact as possible to the environment, the beach club will have a strict no plastic policy. The restaurant serves fresh and light Mediterranean cuisine using seasonal local ingredients throughout the day and includes a catch of the day, meat and local vegetables cooked on a josper grill. In addition, a cocktail menu will be available at the beach bar and features a large selection of detox and wellness smoothies.
Designed by François Frossard, who also recently redesigned the hotel’s nightclub ‘Les Caves du Roy’, the style of Byblos Beach has been inspired by its surrounding area and the sailing world - decked out with its signature orange colour, splashes of yellow and wooden bespoke furniture. Open every day for lunch between April & Octover and for lunch and dinner in July & August.
