The restaurant features a new Italian dining concept inspired by by fourth-generation owners Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani's travels throughout Italy, and offers indoor and outdoor seating. The 107-seat restaurant invokes the intimate old-world atmosphere of coastal Italy while embracing a sleek and soothing Miami modern style at the hotel’s top floor and channeling elements of a luxury yacht with stunning waterfront views.
Menu items include the Mr. C club sandwich, and Italian dishes such as Mozzarella in Carrozza, a type of fried cheese sandwich, Tagliatelle con Zafferano e Pancetta, a pasta, and Grigliata Mista di Pesce, or grilled mixed fish.

Pappardelle with Bellini Sauce; rib rye Tagliata with arugula and cherry tomatoes; Branzino with tomato concasse with black olives and parsnip purée and spaghetti with sea urchin.
The rooftop is also home to a pool and pooldeck appointed with private cabanas and a pool bar.
