Located on the rooftop of Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai and serving up modern Japanese dining with stunning views.

Expect an eclectic culinary menu of contemporary Japanese dishes with a Korean-American twist - overseen by Korean culinary master, Akira Back, who's also behind an eponymous restaurant at the W Dubai - The Palm. 

Paru promises an “eclectic menu of contemporary Japanese dishes”, such as suzuki ceviche - sea sass with caviar and soy yuzu panzu and crispy rice - spicy tuna on crispy rice, avocado, jalapeño and spring onion and popcorn ebi - rock shrimp tempura with wasabi mayo sauce. There is also an extensive sushi menu. 

Located on the roof of Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai, the restaurant has an oceanic theme to the interiors, with origami-inspired turquoise LED lights running along the ceiling. Paru’s rooftop boasts some of the most spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf and the Jumeriah Beach skyline. This restaurant is the perfect spot to watch the sunset while enjoying a cocktail or shisha.
