Chug’s by Michael Beltran

A modern Cuban-American diner from chef Michael Beltran, who's also behind nearby hip hangout Ariete.

Taking over the short-lived Bookstore in the Grove, Chug's is dishing up Cuban-inspired breakfast, lunch, dinner and grab-and-go bites. The modern space includes a large outdoor patio and a grab-and-go station with items from local vendors.  The menu features all-day breakfast plates including Abuela’s Breakfast (white rice, fried egg, black beans and maduros), cast iron pancakes, French toast sticks and signature pastelitos.
