L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami (there are branches from Tokyo to New York) includes a fine dining restaurant and a more casual bar and lounge area downstairs, called Le Bar. Across the plaza in a separate building are two additional restaurants: a café and bakery concept La Boutique, and an upstairs outdoor dining area.
L’Atelier was inspired by Chef Robuchon’s culinary experiences and travels internationally, from the Spanish tapas counter, Japanese sushi bar and French bistro counter concept. Expect the design to reflect L’Atelier’s original Parisian roots while taking inspiration from the surrounding neighborhood with the concepts signature counter seating faces directly into the kitchen. An iconic figure in the culinary world, Joël Robuchon is the world's most decorated chef with 25 Michelin stars across his restaurants. He passed away in 2018. Check back for updates.
