L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami (there are branches from Tokyo to New York) includes a fine dining restaurant and a more casual counter seating - located above Le Jardinier - a vegetable-focused concept. The menus feature iconic L’Atelier dishes alongside new seasonal creations from Culinary Director Christophe Bellanca - a longtime protégé of the legendary Joël Robuchon, who is carrying on his legacy. Expect a seasonally changing menu using locally and regionally farmed ingredients, four- and 10-course tasting menus and a vegetarian option.
L’Atelier was inspired by Chef Robuchon’s culinary experiences and travels internationally, from the Spanish tapas counter, Japanese sushi bar and French bistro counter concept. Expect the design to reflect L’Atelier’s original Parisian roots - by acclaimed French architect Pierre-Yves Rochon - while taking inspiration from the surrounding neighborhood. An iconic figure in the culinary world, Joël Robuchon is the world's most decorated chef with 25 Michelin stars across his restaurants. He passed away in 2018.
