Firestone Garage by David Grutman

The restaurateur and nightlife entrepreneur is behind this new dining concept taking over a historic site in Miami Beach.

This is the latest addition to the Groot Hospitality portfolio that includes Papi Steak, Komodo and Swan & Bar Bevy, along with nightclubs LIV and Story. The iconic building (which opened in 1939 and used to house Firestone Auto Care) is currently being transformed and set to house three new food and beverage concepts - with Korean-inspired Sushi Fly Chicken, Winker's Diner - an all-day eatery focused on American comfort food and also Toothfairy - serving a large selection of soft serve ice cream, cakes, cookies, and more.

Overseeing the dining concepts is Roel Alcudia (formerly of Mandolin Aegean Bistro) and Jeff Maxfield, Brad Kilgore's Chef de Cuisine  - with interiors design by New York-based design firm, ICRAVE.
