Firestone Garage by David Grutman

The restaurateur and nightlife entrepreneur is behind this multi dining concept, taking over a historic site in Miami Beach.

This is the latest addition to the Groot Hospitality portfolio that includes Papi Steak, Komodo and Swan & Bar Bevy, along with nightclubs LIV and Story. The iconic building (which opened in 1939 and used to house Firestone Auto Care) has been transformed and houses three new dining concepts - with Korean-inspired Sushi Fly Chicken, Winker's Diner - an all-day retro eatery focused on American comfort food and also sweet focused Toothfairy - serving a large selection of soft serve ice cream, cakes, cookies, and more.

Overseeing the dining concepts is Roel Alcudia (formerly of Mandolin Aegean Bistro) and Jeff Maxfield, Brad Kilgore's Chef de Cuisine  - with interiors design by New York-based design firm, ICRAVE.

Signature Dishes

Prime rib, vegan chicken pot pie, fish and chips - Winker’s Diner; lobster prawn toast, Peking duck bao dumplings - Sushi Fly Chicken and oatmeal cream pies, cake pop candy bars, funfetti cake, deep dish key lime pie - Toothfairy.
