Novikov Monte Carlo

Famed Russian restauranteur Arkadiy Novikov is slated to be opening a Monte Carlo outpost, replacing the short lived Bagatelle restaurant.

Novikov is known for its colorful seafood and vegetable market display, whereby diners are encouraged to handpick the best and freshest items from a globally-sourced, daily selection of seasonal ingredients. The Japanese-Chinese fusion menu (served tapas style) encompasses robata grill and wok dishes, along with an extensive dim sum and sushi selection. Signature dishes includes: scallop and black truffle sashimi; Wagyu skirt steak with asparagus and soy sauce and Peking duck with foie gras - topped with caviar and served with duck potato chips.
