Amare Ristorante

Inspired by cuisine found in the Amalfi Coast, with a menu created by Cosimo Cassano of the Michelin-starred Bacco Ristorante in Barletta, a coastal town in Puglia.

Amare Ristorante dishes up artfully prepared Southern Italian fare in a glamorous setting that evokes la grande bellezza of Italy’s famed Amalfi coast. Expect classic dishes made in-house with seasonal ingredients flown directly from Italy.

The restaurant's design also pays homage to its Amalfi coast roots, with a main dining room awash in azure, white and coral hues inspired by the Bay of Naples - think hand painted tiles and white mesh chairs. The space houses a 12 seater bar, a Neapolitan espresso bar and Dolci Station as well as lush landscaped terrace blooming with bougainvillea and lemon trees. A bar program featuring handcrafted cocktails, aperitivi and digestivi, and a robust wine list to complement Amare’s fare.
