Flamboyant Italian businessman, Flavio Briatore is behind this slick Italian style pizzeria which has outposts in Porto Cervo, Monaco and also in London's Marylebone. Flavio already has form, having been behind several successful dining concepts (Billionaire Clubs, Sumosan Twiga etc.) and having opened several outposts of famed Italian restaurant Cipriani (in Monaco and London).
This playful yet stylish concept eatery puts a spin on the quintessential Italian staple with yeast-free pizzas and classic Italian toppings. Also expect plentry of theatrics with table-side service and dough-flinging antics. Pizza is, of course, the star of the show with extravagant and options including the indulgent Tartufo pizza made with home-made mozzarella, fragrant black truffle and white truffle extra virgin oil.
