Gold

A modern European neighbourhood restaurant and late night bar on the site of the renowned Portobello Gold public house.

Expect modern bohemian interiors with a stripped back aesthetic from local architect and design duo Felix and Valerie von Bechtolsheim, who have drawn on Portobello’s once-thriving industrial past. Set over 4 floors, there's a ground floor bar and open-kitchen area, leading out into a lush garden room. The first floor houses a further lounge and dining area and the second floor features a private party room.

The menu has a focus on produce-led, minimal process cooking - with dishes cooked in wood ovens or over open flame and served to share. Signature dishes include: wood roasted whole sea bream with wild oregano & capers and roasted cauliflower with toasted buckwheat, cumin, yoghurt & coriander.
