This landmark restaurant is currently closed for renovations and expected to re-open this summer, with an updated design and revised menu - although their signature dishes (such as tableside Caesar salad and black truffle mac & cheese pot pie) are expected to remain as is there impressive wine list - regarded as one of the finest collections in the world.

The acclaimed modern American steakhouse is located off the historic Chateau lobby in the heart of the Fontainebleau hotel. The two-story, indoor-outdoor venue offers a la carte cuts of steak - many of them from the hotel’s on-site aging room and butcher shop. The meats here (as well as the seafood) are all prepared on a wood-burning grill and run the gamut from a 50-ounce Australian Wagyu Tomahawk, to a prime dry-aged rib eye, to a simple 8-ounce filet mignon and — because it seems you can’t operate a Miami restaurant today without one — “a killer raw bar.”
