A female-led project opening in Waterloo (next to the Old Vic), serving up an eclectic mix of seasonal British sharing dishes - alongside killer botanical cocktails. Hello Darling is described in equal parts an 'intimate supper-club and a minds-&-mouth open cocktail bar'. The homely design is by theatrical set designers Darling & Edge and sets out to make diners feel like they are drinking and dining inside a work of art - with a myriad of spaces each designed differently. Closed on Sundays.
