Self-penned as “modern British infused with the essence of West Africa and Eastern Europe”. The concept which underpins the two-tiered restaurant (replacing Peyote on Cork Street in Mayfair), is the journey taken by the migrating stork, “from East to West; Eastern Europe to Western Africa.” Hence expect seasonal menus with diverse gastronomic dishes and adopting global influences, overseen by Nigerian chef Adebola Adeshina - who has worked under Gordon Ramsay, Phillip Howard and Eric Chavot.
