Antico by Chad Colby

Chi Spacca's Chad Colby long-awaited wood-fired Italian, concept restaurant.

Antico is Colby’s first solo restaurant - having previously worked with Nancy Silverton (at Chi Spacca) and Curtis Stone (at Gwen), has been envisioned as an ode to the rustic culinary traditions of the Italian countryside and influenced by visits to agriturismo farms across Puglia and Campagnia.

An open kitchen (complete with wood-fired hearth) dominates the rustic Greco-influenced dining room. The menu draws heavily from Italy’s southeastern coast, from platters of burrata and ricotta to handmade pastas and wood-fired main courses and seasonal 'garden' produce from local farmers markets and ingredients grown in Colby’s backyard garden. Open Monday to Friday.
