Sumptuous sushi from the magic garden
A few steps off the main drag in Santa Gertrudis, not far from the church, you'll find this delightfully offbeat sushi restaurant hidden behind the trees. Adorned with brightly coloured beanbags, ethnic rugs, bamboo chandeliers and patterned lounge chairs, Gitano's outdoor patio section is as vibrant as the sushi being prepared in the kitchen. Gitano translates as ‘gypsy’ – go figure.
