El Silencio Ibiza with Mauro Colagreco

The founders of iconic Parisian night spot Silencio are behind this sensational beach house - pitched as a 'stylish sanctuary and hangout for global creatives'.

Nestled in a serene cove in the east of the island, the beach house is set against the backdrop of Cala Moli - a wild beach that was prolific in the 70s. El Silencio Ibiza features a main beachside restaurant, a poolside contemporary tapas restaurant, cocktail bar and a chill-out and also an art installation space. The naturalistic design has a sense of returning the building to the original beach house - of the 70s, with architecture more synergetic with the sandy cove and unspoilt natural landscape. Expect an eclectic array of bold designs and colours alongside the use of traditional and local materials.

Following renowned French chef Jean Imbert residency last year - is chef Mauro Colagreco - the chef-patron of three-Michelin-starred French Riviera restaurant Mirazur – named the World’s Best Restaurant in 2019. Mauro has adapted his fine dining concept for an Ibizan audience - think sharing plates of flame cooked dishes made from locally sourced products. The cocktail program is overseen by Remy Savage, formerly of the Artesian, in London’s Langham hotel - and regarded as one of the world's most imaginative and renowned bartenders.

Signature Dishes

Peruvian ceviche with peaches, chili, and lime; grilled local red prawns served with aioli, lemon, and salt and grilled steak with chimichurri and onions, slow-cooked in coals.

Highlights

There's a rich cultural programme on offer including screenings, music and events - in a similar vein to Silencio’s much sought-after Paris club - and also home to a large-scale immersive art installation by Miranda Makaroff.
