Chefs Josiah Citrin (Mélisse) and Hans Röckenwagner (Röckenwagner Bakery) teamed up to revive Frank Sinatra’s iconic Culver City hangout, which opened in 1962 and served as Hollywood’s hottest watering hole in the ’60s - with Sinatra often in the corner playing the piano. The nostalgic vintage steakhouse setting remains - in all its midcentury kitsch-splendor, and the two chefs have updated classic American, chop house style dishes including avocado crab Louie, oysters Rockefeller, a 20 oz. rib-eye, Prime NY Strip, Dover sole and lobster Thermidor. Also make sure to discover the old-school cocktail list.
