A classic upscale chophouse dishing up updated, old school American fare.

The latest venture from H.Wood Group who are also behind Nice Guy, Delilah and Blind Dragon. This high-end restaurant pays homage to classic American -steakhouses and fare, with dishes such as Oyster Rockefeller with braised leeks and bread crumbs and Pigs in a Blanket with Andouille sausage and saffron aioli. Make sure to order the Beef Wellington, carved tableside. Washed down with classic staples such as negronis, martinis and daiquiris. 

They've brought in longtime collaborator John Sofio of Built Inc. to design Mason (which replaces Sam’s By the Beach), who was also behind the first outpost in Chicago - pictured. Think antique lighting, leather booths with glass, cedar, and marble throughout with vintage black and white photographs lining the walls. Open daily, from 5.30pm.
