A culinary collaboration between seasoned restaurateur Michael Greco and Michelin-starred chef Brendan Collins (Birch, Waterloo & City, Melisse). Expect a globally inspired, seasonal menu which combines Califonian produce with European techniques - with an emphasis on fresh regional seafood and handmade pasta. Dishes include: seven-day beef shank, lobster bolognese with ink-black noodles and Ora king salmon belly with smoked mushroom broth - washed down by cocktails from LA's 'godfather of cocktails’ Vincenzo Marianella. The space (previously the dining institution Wilshire) features a sprawling showcase patio - complete with string lights, native palms and outdoor fireplaces - there's also an elegant indoor dining room overseen by M. Winter Design.
