Canadian plant-based restaurant's first US branch, from vegan pioneer Ruth Tal, dishing up an energizing, soul-satisfying menu.

Fresh Founder Ruth Tal partnered with longtime friend and local Shereen Arazm, co-owner of Terroni and former “Top Chef Canada” judge, to bring Fresh to Los Angeles. The opening marks the sixth location for the boutique restaurant empire. This West Hollywood outpost offers up the Toronto establishment’s signature shareable plant-powered cuisine, cold-pressed juices, botanical cocktails and vegan wines. 

Situated in the heart of Sunset Blvd. discover a dreamy, relaxed lounge-like environment with jewel-toned velvet booths against shades of melon, blue and creamy white, with antique brass and natural oak accents. There's also a lush patio with outdoor seating.
